Description

MMP-3 Inhibitor V is a potent and competitive inhibitor of both human and rabbit MMP-3 catalytic domains (wild type and mutants) with Ki values in the low μM range. It is shown that the functional groups, namely the oxime and the carboxyl, interact with the zinc active site.
