Description

ADHP is a non-fluorescent and highly sensitive and stable hydrogen peroxide probe. Experimentally used as a peroxidase fluorogenic substrate; in the presence of HRP, a 1:1 stoichiometric reaction with hydrogen peroxide occurs, generating highly fluorescent resorufin.
