Description

AG 556 selectively inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor kinase autophosphorylation (IC₅₀ = 5μM) over HER1/2 autophosphorylation. Also blocks LPS-induced TNF-α production. AG 556 is an inhibitor of EGFR.
